At midday of 14th September, at the merging classroom, all teachers from the Junior High Department of Anqing Foreign Language School’s east campus attended the division regular session chaired by Principal Assistant& Junior High Director Lu Dan.
To be specific, Principal Assistant Lu Dan emphasized seven main points.
First of all, make full use of time. He reminded teachers to grasp the time of sports meet, National Day holidays and monthly examinations to get ready ahead of time.
Second of all, requirements with regard to routine work. Principal Assistant Lu highly affirmed the moral education work since the beginning of the new term and demanded that each grade, especially the 7th grade should reinforce formative education. Teachers were supposed to arrive at classrooms before the first-time class bell and reasonably organize the three minutes before class.
Third of all, Anqing Foreign Language School would pay persistent attention to office culture, desk culture and carry through inspection every other week. Unqualified candidates would be deducted productivity.
Fourth of all, shift forward teaching& research section and teaching focuses. Considering that the training items of the 9th grade’s PE entrance exam would begin after the monthly exam in October, the PE Department should take lesson preparation seriously and attach great importance to collective lesson planning and homework correction. Meanwhile, Anqing Foreign Language School would intensify lecture attendance and strictly check teaching plans.
Fifth of all, Anqing Foreign Language School would pay attention to the implementation of all kinds of activities, improve qualities of students’ diathesis courses as well as encourage them to take part in club activities. Besides, teachers were supposed to actively participate in the school qualification trials for table tennis competitions in municipal level.
Sixth of all, strictly implement the regulatory framework of ‘One Subject One Reference Book’. Never allow teachers to conduct home tutor in a paid or disguised paid form.
Seventh of all, strictly enforce ‘Anqing Foreign Language School’s Class Fee& Management System’.
Last but not the least, the Junior High Section commended Anqing Foreign Language School’s top teachers of the east campus, experts, advanced teaching& research group, eligible teaching& research group, first-rate demonstration lessons, excellent test paper in addition to winners of first-class test paper analysis in the 2016-2017 academic year.
In a word, this conference was precise, efficient and pragmatic. By means of this conference, all teachers from the Junior High Division would definitely heighten their sense of responsibility and urgency, fully arouse work enthusiasm, go all out to perform duties well in the new academic year to make greater contributions to the better and swifter development of Anqing Foreign Language School’s Junior High Department.
